NOTICE: POLICY CHANGE

As of January 1, 2009, Cuppers Cupboard will no longer accept personal checks, Wireless Money Transfers, Money Grams or Western Union. We have had way too many bounced checks.
You may use your credit cards or bank account in the form of an e-check through PayPal and/or Google checkout. So few have ruined it for so many. Sorry and thanks for your understanding.
Orders not paid within 7 days are subject to cancel without notice..
SHIPPING
Our PHOTO CHARMS require a minimum of 4 days to make. Charms are not ready for shipping until 4 days after we receive payment. In some cases a charm maybe defective and need to be redone, which will delay shipping. We will notify you should this occur.
Cuppers Cupboard will ship to the address given at checkout time by first class mail for charms and labels and Priority Mail for other items.
We are not responsible for the "speed" of USPS once it leaves our offices. We will notify you when your items has been taken to the Post Office. In general, it could take up to 10 days to receive your shipment.
RETURN POLICY
All defective items WILL BE RETURNED for defect verification before and exchange or refund is made. Should we find that the item is NOT defective, it will be returned to you. Return to the address on your packing slip or on the outside of package within 7 days of receiving your item, email us that is has been returned. No C.O.D. We will email you when arrived and verify the defect with you.
Please keep in mind, under the Oregon State Law, Make-up, bathing suits, etc., that touches any part of the body that could pass on diseases or illnesses can NOT be returned.
Any questions can be emailed to us 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Due to the high volume of mail on some days, it may take 24 hours to receive an answer.
